Gandhiji wrote a few pieces titled "Guide to Health." He stated that all human acts are carried out by the mind with the assistance of the ten senses.

These are separated into five action senses and five perception senses.

It is suggested that the body be considered as God's temple.

Gandhi's self-discipline was the foundation of his sustainable and modest existence.

Gandhi Ji established the Ashram regulations in 1928. They were as follows: All ashramites should attend morning prayers at 4 a.m.

Everyone is encouraged to eat at the community kitchen.

Every day, they should spin at least 160 threads.

Household staff should not be hired.

All mature men should keep vigil at night.

Everyone, both children and adults, should take turns cleaning the toilets.

Everyone should work for at least eight hours per day.

A daily journal should be kept in which all work completed during the day is recorded.

Conclusion

The eleven vows outlined previously in the text are the most effective recipe for living a simple and happy life. It is the best embodiment of the phrase "Live and Let Live."
