Everyone should work for at least eight hours per day.

A daily journal should be kept in which all work completed during the day is recorded.

Conclusion

The eleven vows outlined previously in the text are the most effective recipe for living a simple and happy life. It is the best embodiment of the phrase "Live and Let Live."
