Overview: Mission Utkarsh is a joint public health initiative launched by the Ministry of Ayush and the Ministry of Women and Child Development to address nutritional improvement and anaemia control among adolescent girls (14-18 years) in India. It utilizes Ayurveda interventions to enhance the health and nutrition of young girls in some of the most underdeveloped districts of the country.
